What does the Dream Catcher Youth Council do?

The Youth Council is designed to ensure that youth in our community have a say in the decision making process at all levels of development in the United Cultures Youth Centre.

This is done through the direct input of the Youth Council members. They help design, plan, and evaluate the programs, services, and activities offered by the Centre.

What's in it for you?

Becoming a Youth Council member will:

Enhance your resume with some volunteer experience
Allow you to play an active role in your community
Help you voice your opinions and ideas
Allow you to meet new friends
Provide you with the opportunity to travel

Who can be on the Dream Catchers Youth Council?

It is open to all Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal youth between the ages of 13 and 29.
