Central Career Circuit
The Central Career Circuit (formerly known as Employment Assistance Services) is a program sponsored by the Labrador Friendship Centre to deliver employment counselling services to unemployed individuals in the Upper Lake Melville area. You are considered an unemployed individual if you are working less than 20 hours per week or not working at all.
The EAS Project is made possible through funding by the Government of Canada, under funding of the Employment Insurance (EI) account, in partnership with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, through the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Labor Market Development Agreement.
