The Central Career Circuit (Employment Assistance Services) is a program sponsored by the Labrador Friendship Centre to deliver employment-related services to unemployed individuals in the Upper Lake Melville area. You are considered an unemployed individual if you are working less than 20 hours per week or not working at all.

The EAS Project is made possible through funding from the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment under the Labour Market Development Agreement.
